of comparable listings and you download them to your computer. You then
UPLOAD those listings to the TADA! 1004MC Analysis Tool where you are shown the
1004MC grid as shown below. From there you type the numbers into your
Appraisal Forms Software (ACI, Alamode, etc).

the instructions on how to setup your MLS to download listings.
You will follow the instructions and Setup your MLS for
downloading listings. This is a 1 time setup.
Depending on your MLS System, this 1 time setup usually takes between 5-15
minutes.
